Implementation Journey

A clear path from purchase to launch.

Sigmetra follows a structured implementation process so you know what is happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.

Different packages have different scopes and timelines, but the process stays clear from start to finish.

We configure your system

We build the approved package around your business — only within the scope you purchased.

Only what is included in your package is configured — we build to your purchased scope, not to every possible feature.

The exact configuration depends on the package you choose and the information collected during onboarding.

Enterprise engagements are custom-scoped — the configuration is built around your specific operational requirements.

Scale note: Deep Systems Discovery is part of the Scale package. Lower packages use the onboarding information and business context needed to configure purchased scope.

Section 04

Structured QA before launch.

Before launch, Sigmetra reviews the configured system for setup issues, follow-up behavior, links, routing, permissions, and other package-specific requirements.

Permissions and access review
Section 05

You review the system before launch.

You review the configured system, provide consolidated feedback, and Sigmetra addresses revisions within the scope of your package.

Growth3 revisions

Section 06

We move the approved system into operation.

Launch happens after the dependencies below are ready. We do not launch if external dependencies are still incomplete.

  • Required setup information is complete
  • Phone and messaging readiness is satisfied
  • Configuration is complete
  • QA is complete
  • Customer review is complete where applicable

Some communication features depend on third-party carrier or messaging registration requirements. If those dependencies are still pending, Sigmetra will identify them before activation.

Section 07
07

Support continues after launch.

Support level depends on your package. Growth and Scale include a named account manager, and strategy cadence differs by package.

  • Approved branding and messaging inputs
  • Team and user information
  • Prompt review and feedback

What can affect timing?

We work to keep your timeline on track. A few things outside our direct control can shift when launch happens — being aware of them helps everyone move faster.

Missing onboarding information
Incomplete messaging or phone registration
Unavailable third-party access
Delayed client approvals
Integrations requiring external vendor action
Changes outside the purchased scope
