1. Commercial Packages & Scope
Sigmetra provides turnkey technology infrastructure, automated messaging, phone routing, and systems maintenance. Packages (Missed-Call Machine, Starter, Growth, Scale) include specified setup services and monthly recurring software maintenance.
2. Setup & Subscription Terms
One-time setup fees cover architecture design, number provisioning, custom messaging configuration, and live testing. Monthly subscriptions cover ongoing infrastructure hosting, telephony maintenance, and technical support.
3. Telecommunication & A2P Compliance
Clients must adhere to applicable carrier regulations and telecommunication laws regarding opt-in, message consent, and lawful business communications. Sigmetra provisions compliance safeguards into all automated responders.
4. Cancellation & Service Changes
Subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in unless specified in custom Enterprise contracts. Upgrades or adjustments can be requested at any time.
